Go to the official portal nrega.nic.in, open Reports then Job Card/Registration, select the financial year and West Bengal, then drill down to your District, Block and Gram Panchayat to see the full job card list and card numbers.
Open your job card from the panchayat-wise list on nrega.nic.in and use your browser print or save-as-PDF option. For a physical card, collect it from your Gram Panchayat office.
On nrega.nic.in, open your job card to view the work and payment history, or use the payment/FTO reports under the Reports section for your panchayat.
